General Membership Meeting Scheduled

Sunday 3-7-2010 @ 1PM  Quad Graphics

The AKA's second general membership meeting is scheduled for March 7th @ 1PM at Quad Graphics.  This meeting is open to all members and anyone considering becoming a member.  If you're not currently a member, no worry, you will be able to join at the meeting. Membership also provides gate and entry fee discounts throughout the 2010 season and your driver will be scored for points. 

This meeting will be all important as ballots will be tabulated and counted for the election of our 2010 AKA Club Officers. Reminder if you have someone you would like to nominate the nomination must be received by Feb 20th.  All nominations received after this date will be disqualified. Reminder all nominations must be "seconded" by another member to be eligible to be placed on the ballot.

The 2010 Club rules and classes are now posted on the web site. This is your opportunity to ask questions regarding the upcoming racing season and we encourage everyone to attend.

Direction to Quad Graphics:
Quad Graphics is located approximately a mile North West of Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC).

Traveling North on Rt 50 (Ballston Ave.)
After passing SPAC on your right you will come to a traffic light. You will need to take a left on Geyser Rd. Proceed West 3/4 of a mile to the next light and turn right onto Cady Hill Blvd. Immediatly after making the right you will take the next left on Adams Rd. Proceed approximately 1/4 mile and look for the sign on the right (2nd Right) that says Marsel Rd. Turn right and this will take you directly the Quad parking lot. Proceed to the main doors on front of the building.

Traveling South on Rt 50 (Ballston Ave.)
Heading South on Rt 50 the highway will divide into a multiple lanes, you will then proceed to the next intersection at Rt 50 and Geyser Rd. and take a right. Proceed West 3/4 of a mile to the next light and turn right onto Cady Hill Blvd. Immediatly after making the right you will take the next left on Adams Rd. Proceed approximately 1/4 mile and look for the sign on the right (2nd Right) that says Marsel Rd. Turn right and this will take you directly the Quad parking lot. Proceed to the main doors on front of the building.
