CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
We are at the point in our preparations for the 2012 AKA race season where we, the Board of Trustees are calling for the annual nominations for the positions of President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary of the AKA.
Officers will serve for a term of one year from the date of our general club meeting. This year the club meeting will be held on Sunday, March 4th, at 1:00 pm in the Quad Graphics auditorium.
All 2012 AKA members are eligible to nominate and vote. If you are not an AKA member and would like to be involved with this process, please fill out the AKA membership application. Download Membership Form
All members will be required to have their AKA membership form completed and fees paid by February 29th, 2012 in order to vote.
The 2012 ballots will be distributed and counted at our next meeting on March 04, 2012 at 1:00PM. The 2012 Officers will be determined at this time. If you cannot attend the general membership meeting, please download the nomination form indicating this as your proxy vote and mail to the address listed on the form. Download Nominations Form.
